Unlocked PCM not working

2019 Challenger Scat Wide body. Installed the unlocked PCM and followed the instructions. It cranked and then died. I tried again. It cranked then died. Did the throttle calibration procedure and it did the same thing. Now it wont crank at all. Does ot engage the starter. The security light "at least I think it is the light" is on (red light on RPM gauge". I was able to attach the diablo trinity, read the tune from the unlocked PCM. I then put the factory PCM back in and all is back to normal. Anyone know what to do next?!?!?!? I have a brand new ProCharger sitting next to the car and I don't want to install it for fear it may never take the tune!
