Please help

Post by Skull1313 »

I have a I2 and a 2014 ram. Cannot get the updater to load on my pc. Fails every time. Even the repair after fails. I finally got it to connect with my truck but its as far as it goes. It generates some log then freezes up. I have a t1000 that i used for years. I removed it because the truck was going in for service and updates. I bought the I2 because it was smaller and can mount anywhere. I just want to be able to turn off the MDS permanently and put back in a 93 tune. Thanks.

so ignition will not install at all?
try uninstalling whatever is there then run it fresh?

And you cant get to the tunes at all?
Never lets you select the tune/

Can you please post the info.xml file from the i2 drive?

I was able to get it to pair with the truck. And install a 93 tune. Does anybody know if the I2 supports a separate MDS option or the tune shuts off the MDS? I couldn't find it in the programmer.

MDS disable is in the modify tune menu in the advanced tune section.

It's not there. Will only let me adjust tire size and traction control. Advanced tune- tune select or quick adjust neither one allows for MDS option.

I got the same problem with my 12 JGC 5.7. Only tire size and traction control.

I can't find how I can change throttle response and disable MDS....
