I3 won’t marry up

Sent my i2 in for repair when the screen locked up. Got an i3 to replace it. My challenger was still tuned with the i2. I updated the i3, went to marry it up and it recognized the car had been tuned. Had me update again. Not a big deal. Go back and try to marry it up. Still no go. I can install a canned tune no issues but I can’t access my custom tunes I have for my car. Anyone know what I’m missing here?

if you can load a canned tune, it is marrying

Post the backup file from the device and the custom tune you are trying to load.
