HELP!!
I just got my new Predator 2 Platinum for GM Gas, Truck/SUV 7220.
I have tried everything to get this thing to work. I've gone to the website, downloaded all the programs and drivers. I tried hooking it up to my 2013 Chevy Silverado 6.2L, and I get the message "No tunes available".
At one point I was able to get it to stream data, but I had no idea what was going on, or how to deal with the information.
I bought this to replace another brand tuner that crashed. I've read the instructions, watched all the videos, and I feel very frustrated. I bought this for the canned tunes and the ability to clear and detect codes, change my tire size, etc...
When I plug it into my truck, It turns on, but when I click on "TUNE", he shows the error message.
Please Help!
BTW - my last post was deleted after I created my account here for the forum.
Not Happy.

Re: 2013 Silverado 6.2L "No Tunes Available"
Please update once to upload the reads from the device and let me know once thats done.
Then we'll set up an update to get your truck back to stock and then you'll be able to tune again.
Thanks

How can I upload the reads?
Is there a list of step by step instructions to follow?
Sorry, I know... I'm not all that tech savvy.
Thanks!

Re: 2013 Silverado 6.2L "No Tunes Available"
SWEET!!
Working like it should now. My 6.2L is now purring.
I really do appreciate your quick reply and the help.
Like I said, I have tried "other" tuners, and I have to say that this Diablo Predator is much, much better. Once I figure out all the bells and whistles, I am sure that I will be able to dive more into my tune and refine it now. That is something the competition doesn't offer. This is the best thing to upgrade your tune. After some mapping and testing, you can probably even skip the Dyno.
