07 GT stock and 7145

Hi
I've got an 07 GT which is bone stock except for a Rousch CAI. This intake still has the insert and I was wondering if by removing the insert this would allow me to use the Airraid CAI which is loaded onto a V7145 Predator with the v.8r02 version?
