The P1000 just means more driving required. As for the 297 did you clear it and drive the truck?

I have a 2003 6.0 and I have have a few codes showing also, can someone give me some advice? P0274 cylinder #5 high circuit injector, P1000 says " Test not complete", P2138 and P2140 say the same thing, throttle/pedal position sensor/switch D/E volt. Thank you for your answer in advance.

P0274 sounds as if you may have an injector coil going bad. 2138/2140 sounds like it the pedal potentiometer may have an issue. Were these codes there before you put the tune in the vehilce?

Thank you sohfast94 for responding as quickly as you did. Your answer for the p0274 sounds right because the truck is starting to run on 7 cyls. As far as the other 2 they just started to pop up and I have had the Diablo for 1 1/2 years. Up until now my truck has run great and right now I just want to find the problems and fix them without it costing me too much money. Thanks again.

Sohfast I have another question. Is it hard to change the injector coil and can I just go to Ford and purchase 1 and put it on? I am a professional motorcycle builder and I don't know how detailed the job is. Thanks again.

The injectors are under the valve covers. It's not all that intense but definitely a pita. If you have mechanical ability and a manual I'm sure you could figure it just be careful Diesels run at insanely high pressures....
