VIN number not registering with predator 2

I wanted to run the data viewer on the predator 2, but it is not connecting. The predator does not show a vin number for the car when I go to the vehicle info. I had it flashed over.....
Obviously, this is the first tuning I have ever done. Not sure what I am messing up here.....
Any ideas??

I plugged the tuner into the car and downloaded a tune. But for some reason it isn’t putting my VIN in the tuner. I think this is why it isn’t working on the laptop.
How do I put my vin in the tuner?
I bought it used and paid the money to have it reset. Is that why my vin isn’t showing up on the tuner?

if it tuned the vehicle there is no issue, I am not sure what issue you are having on the pc but its not related to the VIN.

Hi Mikel, I know the procedure to check the predator 1 if free or blocked, how can I understand in the new predator2 if it is blocked, I connected it to the pc and did all the updates, in the first seconds of switching on the monitor it shows me a vin number that isn't mine (does this mean it's still locked?).
