Cheapest way to permanently turn off MDS on 2012 Challenger

I have read everything I can find relating to turning off MDS on my 345 Challenger. I read about tuners (you have many). I know there is a question if my ECM is locked or not. I know I can auto-stick and turn it off but I mostly drive in automatic. Sport mode seems to help because the engine runs at a higher RPM but this does not eliminate MDS. My OBDII port is taken up by my new Kenwood Android Auto/iDatalink Maestro.
I want the MDS off because it sounds like crap and IMHO, has no place in a muscle car. It is also associated with mechanical failure caused my timing chain breakage (I had the P01 recall done in 2014). I just want the damn thing turned off permanently. What would you recommend??
