2007 dodge charger rt, says vehicle not recognized

i plugged my intune up to my car for the first time in a long time and it says vehicle not found, it wont let me do anything to the car and says contact diablosport, under vehicle info it shows my vin number, what tune i have etc. i plugged the intune up to my computer to update it to see if that helps. it says error download update, contact diablosport. I'm going to call tomorrow but i was wondering if nyone has had this problem before and what the fix

please post the file called info.xml or the serial number of the device and we'll sort this out.
