rpm's rise with puck on

I have a u7130 with the latest update. I have a puck stack with the extreme rkl stack download, after I updated I notice that when I shift my rpm's jump up (about 500 rpm's when I am throttling hard). This only happens with the puck on. Never did it before, can you tell me what might be going on??

Could be the added fuel pressure and it not going down quick enough as you lift the throttle.
