i2 tuner is not installing custom tune for some reason

Received new custom tune from tuner. Loaded it on i2 and ran Ignition updater. When I try to install on truck I get to the step where I highlight the tune that I want, then it asks to verify, I tap "yes" and nothing happens. Any suggestions??? Thoughts???

I probably didn't explain my issue to well in previous post which would explain the zero replies that I have, or don't have.
Anyways, I'll try again: I've been running the same custom tune for about three years. I was very satisfied with it so I had no reason to change it until now that I'm due for a tune up. I sent a log to my mechanic and I ran ignition to update the tuner. Since it had been so long that I had updated my I2 I decided that I'd update it before I put the new tune on it and afterwards, so I did. Next I plugged it in the truck and went through the steps. Advanced tune, change any parameters? no, then it listed the custom tunes that I have on the tuner which is a total of three, including the one currently installed and the new one I'm attemtpting to install. I highlight the new tune and press OK, and that's where it should start reading/writing, and swap out the tunes. But it does nothing after I press OK. Anyone ever experience this????

try returning to stock then reload the tunes?
