Whatever the latest crom is...

I made the mistake of updating the tool. And, now my truck sits in the garage, not running. I restored my backup first, then updated the crom. Now, i'm trying to reload my custom pcm/tcm tunes. I saved the backup, loaded the pcm tune, went to start it, and it died. It wouldn't even take my tcm tune at all. Something about a vin mismatch. I tried calling twice yesterday, and got hung up on both times by the automated recording. I then tried emailing support, with no reply as of this moment. I have never had any issues that I couldn't get figured out with getting custom tunes loaded. No clue what the problem is. I just know i'm tired of it.

mikel, thanks for replying. I finally got my custom pcm tune in. Had to use the new backup from the Trinity, and not the saved backup I already had. Still can't get the tcm backup to my pc. I've done some research on here, and apparently that's a common Dodge problem that was never fixed. The error message reads...

"There was a failure retrieving the multi-ecu backup from the tool"
