08 challenger raised shift points not working

We just got our challenger so I want to install the base tune and see driveability and the hand tool will not complete the raised shift points

Hmmm, strange.
Can you provide the cars calibration ID please?
Did the rest of the tune take properly?
Did you try any other QA changes?
