I didn't want to launch the kits with the PCM and have them immediately be on back order. Once we have a stable supply of these again, we'll do the pkits.

If you wish to keep the original you can send that for unlock as opposed to doing the swap, if you prefer.
You could also source a spare and send it for the unlock for $200.

there may be a pcm or 2 lying around as backup but I dont have a part number enabled in the system yet to be able to sell you a kit, assuming they were willing to part with one

If you bought the swap tool and a spare pcm, we'd unlock the spare for you for free as your 'one free unlock' with the swap device. That way you would essentially make your own pkit. Heres a PCM for $445, which is actually a pretty good price

Hi mike. Glad to you see you guys got this out the door! I have an I2 that I unmarried my previous two trucks 2016 & 2012 .Will I still need to buy a license when you guys have pcm only option available ? Can I still use the i2 to program the new PCM ?

I have an I3 tuner that I bought for my 2019 Ram with the PCM swap package. Am I able to pay for another PCM swap for my 2022 Ram without buying the tuner package again?
