Dataviewer not starting

Gotta laptop with w10 pro 64-bit, downloaded dataviewer and every time I get this message;
Any help appreciated

if you open task manager, is DV running somewhere in the background?
Kill all instances of it and let me know if that does it.

Figured it out. No multiple instances of DV. The problem was I needed Microsoft visual c++ 9.0 x86 (x64 won't work).
