will i2 read Chrysler DTC's?

Will the i2 read a Chrysler diagnostic codes and clear trouble codes (DTC's)? Had the 2013 SRT parked for 2 months with a smart battery charger connected, went to start the car & now getting an ABS and ESC lights on. Tried reading DTC with a cheap ODB2 reader and it was producing no codes.

ABS codes are not standard DTCs. Is the check engine light illuminated?

If there are codes present, the i2 will read them.
