intune2 bricked after update

hi there,

have an i2, with two lics installed - chrystler (jeep) and chevrolet in it.
used a lot, with custom tunes and logging and etc.
today, do not ask me why, but I launched the "i2 updater" form the i2 drive. it started to download smth, then the device was updating asking to wait and rebooted in the end, no errors shown or anything.
after that the device is bricked - only settings with tech support menu available, all other buttons greyed out, wheather I plug it to pc or to car. seems my licenses are lost and the rest... I'm in panic.

to add: the i2 drive is not available either, it shows as "usb drive" not being able to open...

need help, please anyone.

that updater on the i2 itself is old and hasn't been used or supported in a long time... You need to download and install the new Update Agent program on your Windows pc/laptop - this is the program that is used to update your inTune to the latest updates/fixes - https://www.diablosport.com/downloads/

Once that is installed, then connect the inTune to your computer and let it start up and get to the main menu screen.

Then launch/run the Update Agent updater program. It will search for and find your inTune and will start downloading any new updates. The inTune will install the updates on itself, you may need to reboot it so follow its on-screen instructions -- and when it's done and everything is up to date, the Update Agent program will show that your inTune is now up to date.

Then see if it's back to functioning correctly or not...

As for any lost files, or if it's still not working/functioning correctly, I can't help with that... you'd need to contact [email protected]

thanks for that. I do have an update agent and launched it right after I noticed the problem it stopped to detect the device at all.

as well, if the updater on i2 is old, it should not have downloaded or installed anything!

any other suggestions, anyone? have I lost the lics and the device?

does the drive show for a second then disappear?

the drive shows up, but when clicking it - "no disk in drive", and no icon, and no "i2" usual name - just an undefined drive.
I called the support, it was very fast - "we cannot help" and suggested discount for i3. very efficient, Apple-like marketing.

except apple drops a new model yearly, i2 was out for like 4 years before i3, and i3 has been out for 4+ now
