My 2002 corvette MN6 have a few mods and I have a fully fonctionnal U7198 2.13

Mods are:
Dynatech SuperMaxx Exhaust Systems
Corsa touring catback
Granatelli Motor Sports Cold Air Intake Systems

Is the predator tune is fine with this ?
is there a better tune ?

As long as you are using the stock MAF you should be fine.
