Diablo predator 2 not working

I recently bought a predator 2 for my 06 chrysler 300c srt8. The car is 100% bone stock, no check engine lights and all monitors work fine. I have scanned the vehicle with two different scan tools and they communicate perfectly with the vehicle without any codes. When i hook up my diablo and try to tune it asks if ignition is on i click yes. Then it asks if this is the previous vehicle as before i click yes and then it says to call customer service. If i click no it resets and then i have to do everything all over. Ive called customer service and had it reset, reupdated and nothing they tried worked. Not even manually inputting my vehicle into the diablo works. They even sent me a new device incase it was defective and didnt do anything. Diablo basically tells me theirs something wrong with my vehicle which i don't understand how. Is their anybody whos had a similar issue that can help or knows anything?

Id ask them if they can upgrade you into an i3 and see if that works.
