Hello. I brought a intune i3 a year or two ago. I sold the car and I am like 95% sure I reloaded stock tune on the car I sold. I know that because I drove the car after and the shift points were back to stock.

I just brought a 2012 jeep srt and when I plug it up it said it's locked. I don't know how but it is. If it was indeed my fault I was going to try to get another license but didn't know which one to get I saw Gm/Ford and dxcj and one for $999.

Any advice on what to do? I've tried contacting the guy I sold it to and no luck. I do have a bill of sale that I found from the sell.
