How do I pass emissions.. I’m dyin here.

I have a 2012 SRT 8 Challenger.. Procharger 7 psi tune … magnaflow exhaust ..
cel on.. codes for upstream and downstream o2 sensors.. replaced them once.. and the codes came right back.. about to replace them again but do I need a different tune for emissions testing?? I have 2 weeks before my tags are suspended.. Maryland sux. Can anyone help? Please and thanks.
