2008 F-350 No start No comms after install

I installed another Predator into the 6.4L Diesel, but there appeared to be a glitch, I've been goin over and over things in my mind trying to figure out what happened. There was a blip in the screen at one point which struck me as out of the ordinary but nothing else. I talked to someone on the phone about it thursday but can not remember who it was. I now have a no start. My genisys scan tool still. communicates with the pcm. But values at there max in all areas.( EX. Air temp -40C. Coolant temp -40C. ) The tuner did not record the original backup an will not communicate properly. Predator continues to say "Make sure key is on and engine is off" Then waits for 5 min and says "unplug the tuner and try again". If I can get an original backup off of another truck can I use that back up to force flash this truck?? Any help is appreciated.

Tech support will call and get you back up and running. You will need to be on the 9r02 revision which is on our downloads page for the U7164. http://diablosport.com/index.php?module ... ay&pid=129

I would say that one of the modules didnt write properly. But we do have a way to get you back up and running.
