Restored default car does not crank/start

2018 Chrysler 300, 3.6 with swapped PCM InTune3

I filled up with 87 octane and adjusted my tune. Selected 'restore default' as I was under the impression it would bring the PCM back to baseline before selecting the 87 tune. After it processed the car would not recognize the InTune3 and it does not start or crank over. The fob is functional, power is on and dashboard is active. The car is acting as if vehicle immobilizer has activated, red security light on the dash and the display shows a 4 digit security code for radio.
