Bought a secondhand Predator 2 before realizing I might have to jump through some hoops to get it working. Plugged it in to my 2009 Charger SRT8, went through the initial setup and it read the engine file. Said it needed to be updated when it was all done (I had checked for updates before starting, FWIW). I plug it back in to my PC, run the software, and get the message,
"We have received your vehicle's stock file, and our calibration team has been notified that your vehicle is unsupported. You will receive an email as soon as we have a calibration ready for you. Thanks!"
Just wondering what exactly that means, and what kind of timeframe I'm looking at to receive that email.

should have an update for you within 72 hours. Cant hurt to call in and make sure the support team is aware and can escalate it for attention. 561-908-0040.

Tech support got it taken care of. Put the Diablo tune on there and loving it so far
