Compensating for added HHO in Powerstroke 6.0

A friend of mine added an HHO generator to his diesel chevy and got modest gains, about 10-20% MPG gain. I have a generator that produces about a liter/Min. of HHO and would like to see if I could get similar results. Can I modify my fuel ratio using the U7165 programmer that I have? Perhaps gradually lowering the ratio in very small amounts to start? I am willing to be a beta tester to try a few things. Not sure if DS may already be developing such a tune to take advantage of HHO in a Powerstroke. Can it be done?

This would require extensive custom tuning and that is not available currently.
