so it happened, took forever, but I totaled my baby (07 GT) ….. the saddest part was when I was salvaging things I could , I was unable to reset the stock tune before she was towed away. (Electrical was out )

That being said I have my box , tuner, and receipt even I think from 2011 but now can’t use the tuner on my new car(it’s locked of course ) ! Looking to find information on support to get a tune on my new GT. [I also can’t get anyone at the support line ,it’s just on hold music forever. I resorted to asking here before I consider junking the unit and buying a different brand]

What are you looking to get into next?

IMO best move here is to trade that i1 in on a current device and take us up on the 25% off trade in.

That old i1000 was discontinued a loooong time ago and is not supported anymore... You'd need to contact diablo tech support and trade-in that old i1000 and you'll get a discount on buying the new inTune i3 8245 Platinum that you need.
