93 tune roush cold air intake not working properly

I bought i3 Platinum for my ford mustang gt 2016 5.0L. Roush cold air intake and corsa sport exhaust installed. I noticed when i installed the 93 octane tune with cold air intake, the car wont perform well but when i switch to 93 octane without cold air intake, the car runs well and performs better.

What should i do ?

The Roush CAI has an insert as I recall. If left in place, it acts like a no tune required intake. Once removed, it will require a tune and make more power and should work perfectly with the provided tune
