Trying to purchase a custom tune from SSI

New to the forum. I have a predator 2 Platinum for my 2020 Silverado 5.3. My upgrades are a stainless Works full exhaust with headers and y-pipe, CAI & L83 to L86 intake manifold w/L86 TB conversion. I went through support and they walked me through the process again on sending the file. I was told that the bin file was the way to send it to the tuner. And that the tuner was is the one to convert it to a grg file. So I sent my stock bin.enc file over to SSI to tune my truck and am being told that I need to send him a .grg file. I'm at a loss and can not find a way to convert my file or if it's even possible to do so. Please help.

Being helped by tech support. Seems as though there might be something wrong with the programmer. It's not sending my stock file to the correct folder.

Im working with Rick C on this situation. As you may know by now, this device doesn't actually support custom tuning. I am working on a solution for you that I hope to be able to offer in the next week or so.
