Trinity t1000 won’t update / load tune it loops

I have an unmarried t1000 trying to load a tune on a 2012 dodge charger 5.7 but every time I select my vehicle it reloads and makes me do the same steps by selecting vehicle it loops and loops any info helps

Serial number;6JYS4B1-1
Version 1r13
Cal id;Fbbs1xx
Tried updating on computer but says newer version is an older version yet I’m on 1r13 any info helps

the calid tells me its in demo mode....are you selecting your vehilce?

hey Mike it needs the Calid updated for my model and on DSDL it don’t show up can I give you a call when I’m off work in 2 hours?
