i3 keeps freezing

Hi all

I've got an intune i3 to tune my Chrysler 300c SRT8 but it keeps locking up and freezing. The device has all it's updates loaded but when I plug it into the car it randomly locks up at random points also keeps coming up with "wait for device to reboot" and never does.

I've managed to load a tune on but it took me 2 hours with unplugging, replugging in and hoping for the best. but it's not ideal

Any ideas ?

how long have you had the device? certainly not normal behavior. does it lock up at random places or always when doing a specific task?

I've had it about 2 weeks and it locks in random places. there is no pattern to it
