My i1000 loads through the initial loading screen then goes to a loading "wheel" and will stay on that forever. It is still spinning but does nothing. I cannon press the "?" in the corner. What are my options? Ive plugged it into my Mac as well as my Tahoe and same thing either way. those are olllllld and were discontinued many many many years ago and are no longer supported... your option is to trade it in to diablosport and they will give you a discount on buying the new inTune i3 Platinum tool from them...
