I purchased an used Trinity for my ram. I cannot update the Trinity with the computer. It is unmarried and functions properly. I cannot locate the dsdownloader program. It all redirects to the Ignite program. I’ve followed every step and check and cannot update. I’ve tried different cables and the program does not connect to the Trinity. I used to have the original dsdownloader program but sadly don’t anymore. The Trinity powers up when connected to the computer and the computer recognizes the Trinity but the infinite program does not. Please help

there havent been any updates for that device in about 7 years now, id suggest its likely ready to go.
