I have had my eye threefor about a year and a half. I haven’t used that much because I’ve been rebuilding the motor in my truck. I went to load a custom tune onto it from my PC the other day. I dragged the tune into the 03 folder, as I’ve always done, but now on the I three screen, it says a message stating “the i3 can’t load a custom tune.”
Anybody have a solution or fix for this I have checked for updates multiple times and it doesn’t say there are any updates available

sounds like you do not have the Platinum version inTune that is needed in order to be able to do custom tunes...
