I have a question, my 2023 explorer st has several drive modes, which mode or modes are the tune mods applied?

Also there is no throttle booster like for my ram?

The tune is there all the time, no matter what mode you select. The modes change throttle feel and trans behavior, but not power output

And the throttle boost adjustment is generally specific to Dodge and 14+ GM applications.
