7202 issues?

got a 7202 and i used it on one silverado. after awhile i reset that one to stock and went to use it on another silverado and it kept putting me through a turn key ignition on loop. i know it can only be used on 1 at a time but i thought you could return it to stock and use it on a 2nd vehicle. any info or thoughts on this is appreciated. it lets me select tune then the ignition on screen then goes through to is this the same vehicle as last time and i select no then it resets and does it all over again

try this

connect to the truck with the ignition OFF
go to the tune menu, and it should eventually prompt you to reselect the vehicle.
Pick the correct Y/M/M and let it reboot and it should work from there.
