updated Prediator P2 now car wont start

hello I have a 2006 Chrysler 300 SRT8 that i have had a while and decided to update my Predator P2 here is what comes up on the tuner screen after i plug it into my computer
IAP: 23 SKU: 7310 SN: 201223459

after i tried to install a 93 tune at the end it say to call customer support. car will not start, but the cooling fan is on and i can hear a humming sound in the trunk. when i updated the Tuner on my computer, the screen said update was successful.also when i say the car wont start, i mean the engine will not even try to turn over. also i never noticed it before and not sure if it did it before, but when i turn the key off and get out of the car, my security light is flashing

well i got off early to day and i for got his name.but your tech was able to help me reboot the P2 and i got the car to start again. but now i am getting 6 PCM codes. I was getting eight but after i got the car re tuned, your tech had me unhook the negative battery cable then turn the head lights on and push on the break peddle for 3 minutes. he said if the codes wont clear after that i would have to call back. well after doing that i went from 8 codes to 6. the codes are for the EGR and the active fuel MDS. i get codes cylinder 1 ,2 4,7,8 if i remember right. well i am no tuner but to me it seems like some how a tune for a 5.7 hemi was installed on to my pcm. my 300 has the 6.1 so it doesnt have a EGR or MDS system. the car ran fine before i tried to load the 93 tune and now runs but doesn't run very good. i tried calling the tech line back at around 2.30 and never could get any body.I dont know what to do from here?
