Computer Not Detecting Tuner

I've tried to get multiple computers to detect the tuner and none will. Update Agent sits at the screen that says, "Please plug your device into your PC to check for updates." Is there a simple fix for this that I am missing?

what tuner are we talking about here specifically?

Try using a new/different USB cable... and/or different USB ports on your pc/laptop... it's not uncommon for a USB cord to go bad...

I got it to work, but now the tuner is not popping up as a storage device so I cant get access to any of the files on the T2 device.

As well as update agent will not detect the device.

what did you get working exactly?
sounds as if it is not working still?
