My Trinity 2 will not update.

I received the tuner updated it just like I did with my intune i3 went out side hooked it up and it reads “there are control units in this vehicle that are currently not supported an update may be required. I go to update on PC or Wi-Fi it gives me a “unkown error” and a “fail log” I re installed the update driver on my computer same problems my is SN:201364536. Hope to hear back from you guys! an unexcpected error has occured please wait while log is created. is what i get everytime i try to update through wifi or PC. and then after fail log is created it just sits on loading screen that says installing update wait.. and it will continue to stay like that for hrs.Till i uplug and go through the process again and ok i will paste that file on here.
