Can this tuner lock the Torque Converter?

Hey folks. I have a 2014 Ram 1500 Sport 5.7 with an 8 Speed.

I have spoken with an extremely reputable transmission shop that tells my my torque converter is causing a shutter when trying to lockup. It's basically worn out. They did tell me they sell a tuner that can lockup the torque converter either quicker or permanently I can't recall which.

My question is before I buy a different tuner, is someone able to write a custom tune for me to do the same thing? I don't belive we have the option stock.

yes, a custom tune can adjust all aspects of the converter lockup
