Suspension controller issue -2015 hellcat

Hey all,
Received a Diablosport suspension controller for my 15 challenger HC and installed it today, however it does not allow me to switch suspension settings from street to anything else. Has anyone else has this problem?

brand new install?
check all the connectors to be fully seated on the controller?

I am also having this problem and all the connectors are fully installed on the controller. Can you help me?

disconnect it and reconnect?

Update: Diablosport was kind enough to send a replacement after sending my original unit in, however same problem. From hellcat.org this seems to be a sporadic problem with 2015’s specifically. You can hit the button to change to track or sport mode, but it will automatically switch back to street settings and flash a warning triangle during revert. Sold the unit as a result
