Cant Change Parameters!! Intune i3 Platinum

I bought a Diablosport intune i3 platinum tuner and updated the software until it said there are no updates available on the hand held and also on the Windows Pc using the update agent. I successfully tuned my 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland 5.7L V8 using the “Diablo Mode”. Very noticeable difference in aggressiveness that i am happy with, but there is one thing…….the issue im having is i forgot that i could modify parameters, so i went back to try to do it over and modify parameters but when i select Tune Vehicle -> Advanced Tune -> then i select my preferred Octane tune, it takes me to a screen that gives me 3 options. Apply Tune, Modify Parameters, and Backup only. I press on Modify Parameters and it takes me to the next screen and there are no options to select. All i see is the top where it says “Select Parameter control unit to modify” and shows me blank rectangles with nothing to choose from. I will attach photos to give you a better look. Could you please help me out i would like to have access to all those options listed in this package. Ive tried reverting back to my original backup file and then reinstalling the tune to see if the options show but still no luck….keep me updated

if you select the tune first, then choose the option to modify parameters, does it behave differently?

thats what im doing i select the tune i wanna go with then it shows the 3 options “apply tune, modify parameters, backup only” then if i select modify parameters it takes me to the screen where it says “select parameter control unit to modify” but there are no options it just shows blank boxes like in the photo

I also notice when i hook it up to the pc i only see a PCM file with a backup tune and the diablo tune i selected, but no TCM file at all.

please attach the nfo.xml file from the i3 drive and I will check out the tcm.

I spoke to a diablosport technician on the phone and he helped me solve this issue. He did admit that it was a bug with the newest update. So what he did was have me reset my device and sent an update directly to my device basically updating it to the older version which had the option to modify parameters. All is good now i can modify multiple diff parameters finally. One more thing, does this intune i3 platinum give my specific vehicle the option to adjust shift firmness? If so i dont see that option anywhere with this update. My vehicle is a 2011 jeep grand cherokee overland 5.7l v8

no, firmness is not an available adjustment in the tunes unfortunately.
