I have my predator hooked up and I saved the vehicle backup file. I keep trying to backup vehicle current file, which it does, but when I try to upload to the handheld it says Invalid File Format. Can you only save the original stock tune? I would like to save the changes on the 87 tune that I made to it. Is there a way to save the tune? Or do you have to modify the stock tune to equal the custom 87 tune? How many tunes can you upload to the predator? I downloaded the PC interface from your website. Help

Are you using the 99-02 PC interface?
Are you renaming the file, and if so did you change the file extension?
I'm not exactly sure what you are trying to do, but if you save current data with the Predator in the car, then export it to the PC, you should be able to import it to the Predator as a custom tune.
Thanks

Yes I am using the 99-02 interface and I can save the current file to my pc. It is not on the desktop but in a folder in the c drive. The problem is that it will save the current backup file, but every time that I try to upload it to the predator I choose the file and it says invalid file. I name the file custom.crg and it says invalid file when i try to upload it. I saved the backup file and I can upload that one no problem, it is also a crg file. What I don't understand is why can I upload the backup file and not the current file? I tried to save the file as crg or 2cl and it will save the current file, but when you go to upload it says invalid file. ????
