RMA Time Frame

Can anyone tell me how long it takes for an RMA request? I sent the form in with my credit card info a week ago and I have not yet heard anything back. I have emailed [email protected] with no response. I need to get my tuner sent in and fixed. Please someone from Diablo help me out here.
