cannot tune vehicle

My Jeep was tuned about 3 years ago and has run very well since. I have the Trinity T2 - 9345 I had a Transfer case issue that the dealership was able to warrantee for me during that time. When I brought it in for the repair I had to return the vehicle to stock and reload the tune. No problems.
Another time I was in for service for an o2 sensor error - the dealer evaluated it and found no issues, so I reloaded the tune and clear the error message. No problems.

This last week or two the check engine light went on again for the o2 sensor. I decide to remove the tune and reinstall it, as that seems to have fixed this issue once before and it ran great.

However when I tried to remove the tune the Diablosport said it couldnt complete the command. I tried to reload the tune it said the same thing. The Diablo isnt able to load to the stock tune or the aftermarket tune. I keep getting this message "An error has occurred!Failed writing tune to vehicle. Press CONTINUE to reset the device". I have done this several times to no avail. Im not sure what to do. Any advice?

what year is this jeep?
has it been to a dealer since you last tuned it?

is the gateway bypass module connected in the vehicle?

I crawled under the dash, glove box area near the center of the vehicle and if that is the correct area, yes the piece is still plugged in there.

OK, just confirming, as the stock one is required for the dealer to be able to talk to the vehicle, and they both look similar in size and shape.
