Need to update new gearing

I'm swapping from 3.42 to 3.73 soon on a 2006 Chevy Tahoe 4x4. How do I make this change on my tuner? I'm running a Diablew tune, do I need to send my files somewhere? It's been a while since I've made any changes. Thanks for your help!

select the custom tune to install... then choose to Modify it when it asks you... go to the gear/axle ratio setting and make your change... then exit back out and install/apply the tune...

I went into modify tune, but did not see an option for gear axle ratio. Please let me know if I need to send you my tune. Thanks!

it's in there somewhere... Either gear ratio, or axle ratio, or it may be under the speedo correction menu...

Thanks. I went through every menu today and couldn't find it.
Is it possible I need a firmware and database update (see screenshot attachment)?

I found and used the Update Agent. It loaded some files to the device, but still no change. My firmware info now looks like this.

OK I did manage to update the firmware.
Still not seeing an option for gearing change.

I've got all the lastest firmware and updates loaded now. Still not seeing a gear/axle ratio option. I've worked with support and haven't been able to get this sorted.
@06MonteSS is it possible I could post/send you my backup and lasttunewritten files and you could make the change for me? Thanks!
