go to the tune menu and select original backup from the list of tunes. Its been a few years since I used one, but that should be it.
Keep in mind, if it is a custom tune currently, it will be erased once you restore to stock.
Are you saying the smog station was unable to test it and said it was due to the tune being loaded?
