New vehicle traded truck in that I purchased tuner for I was curious what I need to do to be able use on new 2018 F150

as long as you restored the original backup stock tunes to your previous truck, then the inTune will be unlocked/reset...
so then run the Update Agent program to update your inTune to all of the latest updates/fixes, and then you should be good to go to use it on the new truck...
