EGR Monitoring disable

hi forum, 08 dodge charger, 5.7, holley sniper 2 intake, i have the non-updated predator tuner, and i have the I3, what is everyones solution to getting the EGR engine code on startup, when using the Holley Sniper 2 intake, which does not allow and EGR valve, tried block off plate, tried re-installing the EGR with both ports blocked off, now getting insufficient flow on EGR code. any help appreciated
