Thats a new calid, we will have to add that and a couple of more new 08 calids in. Will take a few days.

Any progress on this? Can't use my predator until this is fixed.

Guys, isn't there some kind of temporary file update or something you can send me until the v.9r03 comes out. My predator is no good until I get the calid supported :(

There is nothing temporary we can send you. We are in the process of mapping out the memory maps in these new updates, dcx threw us a curve ball with these new files, they are very different and it will take longer than expected.

Just need to throw in my $.02

Post by edpete97 »

I just FINALLY talked my wife into letting me spend the $375 for one of these things and guess what, mine doesn't work either because my Calid is too new. I get off the phone a few minutes ago (Friday 8/22) with Diablo Sport and they told me it's going to be WEEKS before these new calid's are supported. Glad I have a $375 paperweight for the next three weeks. Anything I can do to help speed the process up? I'd be glad too do it. Just filled the tank up with 93 Octane too. Well...have a great weekend all. I'm going to enjoy getting NAILED by Tropical Storm Fey and let my un-tuned Charger sit in my garage.

Fay wasn't a big deal when she drove right over us. We were still here working :-)

I bet it wasn't a big deal for you in your cubicle. I however am in the US Coast Guard and work on the water. That said I hear you guys make a great product I just wish I would have known my car was too new for your programming. Would a hearty pat on the back get you guys moving a little quicker on this?

Come on. This is getting silly. Can we at least get something from Diablo saying we're working on it. Maybe next week. Or we're having serious problems and its going to take a while. Or we've got it done, you can expect to see it in a day or two. Something. Anything. Please!

I had my predator a week before I tried to use it (I was using up the gas before I filled with 91 octane). Now 3 weeks waiting for an update. It just hurts to have paid $375 bucks for the tuner and it is useless without the software support.

Maybe the Diablo guys are swamped with work, we all know how that can be... but shouldn't the priority be given to existing customers as far a tech support goes? as apposed to new development, ie. Hemi truck tunes???
