Intune Error

Having an issue with GM Itune 1, unable to complete the restore of the original tune and unlock the license. The Itune freezes after 100% when turning the ignition key back on. Also have this error when trying to connect to the computer to update. Attachment pic. Can the unit be reset and keep my original tune?

copy this to the root of the intune drive, let it import it, then try update agent again.

its pretty current now, does it still freeze trying to tune?
might be time to consider upgrading to a newer device
